Dialog and Ericsson Partner for Enterprise Cloud

Dialog Axiata and Ericsson are partnering to make Managed Enterprise Cloud services available in Sri Lanka to enable operators to create and provide software services flexibly and effectively.

 

Ericsson will install and integrate the Managed Enterprise Cloud framework in Dialog’s data centre and manage it remotely through the Ericsson Global Service Centres. Customers will access the shared enterprise service via a secure web portal.

 

Ericsson and Dialog will then launch the Managed Enterprise Cloud with a suite of business applications that will be made available as a set of services to enterprises in Sri Lanka. At launch, the applications will include an email server, a web client, a content management framework, a customer relationship management system and a content management platform in an integrated interface. With the Managed Enterprise Cloud, Dialog will serve all of its enterprise customers and consolidate other third-party application offerings with one platform, create increased efficiency and improve its time to market.
